6. Payments & Billing

  • Projects typically require an upfront deposit (e.g., 30–50%).
  • Remaining balances are payable upon completion or milestone delivery.

Any issues caused by third-party providers will be addressed according to their SLA.

10. Revisions & Project Completion

Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or feature requests may incur extra charges.

A project is deemed complete when:

  • All agreed deliverables have been provided
  • The final invoice is issued

After completion, further updates are billable unless under a maintenance contract.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled by the Client, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • We may cancel a project for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
